We have strong relationships with Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Consultants which allows us to provide a complete project team with one point of contact.  We focus on the client's needs while paying close attention to aesthetics, budget, and schedule.​

  • Evaluation of systems, layouts, and cost to determine if the approach is worth pursuing.

  • Overall organization of the project utilizing multiple team members to ensure all aspects of the program are coordinated and communicated.

  • In depth review of building systems including electrical, mechanical, roofing, and building energy efficiency to determine the current condition and predicted lifespan based on historical knowledge.

  • Working with end user groups to determine the specific need of space, lighting, adjacency, security, etc.

  • More than just finishes. The ability to use materials and interior space planning to get the most use out of the available space.

  • During construction the coordination of drawings, schedule, cost, and other elements to ensure that the contractor is performing the necessary tasks to provide a fully coordinated project on time and within budget.

  • Incorporating any required specialized consultants to ensure the project functions well such as acoustical, audio, video, etc.

  • Creating a three-dimensional view of the project to ensure that the team, owner, and contractor are clear on the expectations and condition of the design.

  • In conjunction with 3D modeling, rendering adds material, color, and character to the spaces to take the design to another level.

  • Clear concise organization of the contract documents and agreements to ensure that the owner and contractor are fully aware of the expectations.

  • Teaming with a general contractor early in the design process to minimize cost, time, and to avoid long lead times. This process can form a stronger bond between the owner, contractor, and design team to establishing trust and minimizing misunderstanding.

  • This is usually developed in a broader format and then is broken down to more specific tasks as the details of the project develop. Providing an overall schedule and a “two week look ahead” gives the entire team confidence of how the project is tracking.

  • Similar to scheduling, the initial cost estimate contains contingency and as the project progresses the contingency reduces.

  • Conveying all of the above information to all required disciplines during the project such as civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and others to ensure we have a cohesive project in the end.
